Through practical, evidence-informed coaching, workshops and education, I help individuals, families, schools and organisations build habits that create lasting change to their health and wellbeing..
My approach combines functional breathing, nervous system education and simple physiology to make complex concepts practical, accessible and relevant to everyday life.
After experiencing the benefits of functional breathing retraining in my own life, I was inspired to make these tools more accessible to others - especially families, children and SEND communities.

I believe that when people understand how their bodies work, they feel more empowered to improve their health and wellbeing.
Hi, I'm Rachel, founder of Physiology Flow
”Prior to attending the Breathe sessions I suffered with pains in my chest and back. I had been sent to hospital for suspected heart attacks. I had shortness of breathe and the more I panicked about it, the worse it got. The doctors had no solutions. So, I went to half a dozen sessions, where I learnt that my breathing is dysfunctional. Also, at rest my tongue is often in the wrong place. This affects my diaphragm, which affects how I breathe. It also causes back pain.
After having backpain for many years, I am pleased to report that, on the whole, my backpain has gone. Following a personal stressful time, the tools that I have learnt have enabled me to breathe better by nasal breathing and it helped me cope with a panic attack.
It's not a quick fix. I have to remember not to breathe through my mouth, but with practice I am hoping it will be the norm.
Rachel is at the end of the phone if I need her. I highly recommend you try the sessions. Not just one, it takes a few weeks.”
