Community projects
i believe we all deserve simple, accessible tools for relaxation and wellbeing, life can be pretty overwhelming, sometimes we just need to slow down, breathe and connect with others who understand that.
These sessions are not so much about breathing techniques - they are about community, we are creating a space where we can support each others wellbeing,
Breathe Carterton
Take a pause in your week and breathe with us in Carterton. in Summer we meet on the recreation ground, and in the cooler months we meet in a welcoming indoor space.
Each 30-40 minute session includes a 20 minute non-sleep deep rest breathing practice, followed by guidance on the foundations of functional breathing.
it's a simple way to connect, recharge and support your wellbeing
