How It Works

The standard Functional Breathing Course runs over 4 weeks, Each 1 hour session includes:

  • A personal breathing assessment and discussion of your goals.

  • Step-by-step practice using the Oxygen Advantage techniques.

  • Education about the science of functional breathing.

  • Exercises tailored to your comfort, capacity, and health.

You’ll receive individual support and guidance to help integrate calm, functional breathing into everyday life — empowering you to move, think, and feel better from the inside out.

Depending on your needs, sessions can be shorter or longer, and sessions can continue beyond 4 weeks.

A free check in call will also be included to be scheduled around 2 months after your last session.
